Planning Procurement Coordinator

Develop and maintain the product production schedule; coordinate shipments to/from 3rd party re-packer; procure and manage support material; maintain purchasing and inventory control systems; oversee cycle counting and variance explanations; assist in audits for inventory data accuracy; manage contracts and quality assurance issues; provide procurement services for Production and Processing; analyze, correct, and enter daily data for the department; maintain accurate files; backup team members as needed; set up and maintain all raw material deliveries (schedules); maintain minimum stock dollars; handle food safety and quality responsibilities for company products; position requires two years of college with emphasis on business and two years procurement experience with the potential for education substitution; strong communication, math, and advanced computer skills are essential; physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, lifting, and material handling as outlined in the posting; exact compensation may vary by skills, experience and location.
