Job Summary
Develop, coordinate, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings while actively participating in the GI/GL/EXP management reporting process through preparation and adjustments of standard reports. Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed and respond to business queries, ensuring data quality and integrity across various client systems. Identify financial issues and their drivers, support counter-measure definitions, and track achievement. Lead project modules and task forces related to PPM topics, maintaining close cooperation with the Switzerland-based team. This role supports Group and Local reporting to reinforce key business objectives within Zurich's Kraków shared service platform.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience in finance/controlling/cost accounting
- Finance and Accounting, Economy/Controlling or equivalent academic degree
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel)
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Power BI and PowerApps
- English skills – very good written and spoken
