Job Summary
Conduct consultancy and support for partner organizations regarding compliance with funding requirements in outcome-and-impact-oriented PMEL. Deliver expertise on interim and final report preparation, including impact logic, problem analysis, and evidence-based monitoring systems. Support selective organizational changes necessary to meet donor standards and facilitate evaluations, from developing terms of reference to implementing follow-up plans. Facilitate dialogue between the Client and partners while providing specialist support on monitoring, reporting, and digital training formats. Perform on-site or digital consultations to address specific funding needs and ensure coherent planning aligned with realistic targets and indicators.
