Job Summary
Lead the enablement of SM Commercial teams and ensure alignment of supply planning with demand plans across Planning Markets. Oversee stock levels, KPIs (e.g., sell-through), allocation and inventory management, and translations of bottom-up demand into aligned buying volumes while ensuring global guardrails. Act as a key cross-functional contact for the Planning Region, coach and develop teams, and drive customer-centric improvements in collaboration with Product Merchandising Leads and SMs. Requires senior-level experience in product merchandising or commercial planning within retail/FMCG, strong leadership, analytics, and effective communication to influence planning decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years of experience in product merchandising or commercial planning in retail/FMCG
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership
- Excellent communication, data-based recommendations, and commercial acumen
