Job Summary
Planning Manager leads the production planning team to drive efficient order/backlog management, oversee work planning through plant assets, establish and optimize inventory levels to balance cost and customer needs, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to achieve production, inventory, and service targets. Leverages data analysis and BI tools to translate forecasts and historical data into actionable insights for production and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong customer focus and experience translating forecasts into production plans
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems and business analytics software (Power BI preferred)
