Job Summary
Planning Manager leads planning team to drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and align demand, supply, inventory, and operational objectives. Serves as SAP S/4HANA Planning SME, overseeing planning-related system capabilities, reports, analytics, and governance. Develops and maintains planning policies, SOPs, and KPIs, designs Power BI dashboards and automated reporting, and supports ERP digital transformation and continuous improvement. Primary work location is OrganOx’s Madison, NJ site with occasional travel to other Terumo facilities in the USA, Oxford location, and supplier sites. Requires strong leadership, IBP/S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in regulated medical device manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in supply chain planning, production planning, demand planning, or operations planning roles
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role managing planning or supply chain personnel
