Planning Manager (Master Planner) - Supply Chain

Consolidate sales forecasts and market analyses into a reliable demand plan, then pilot the monthly S&OP cycle to build scenarios, evaluate risks, and align with leadership. Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule in sync with capacity and constraints, translating demand into executable production plans for internal teams and suppliers while anticipating bottlenecks. Act as the central communication hub between Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality to ensure material availability and production continuity. Track key performance indicators for forecast reliability, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization, then improve planning tools and automate processes to drive standardization.
