Job Summary
APAC Regional Planning Manager leads end-to-end planning across regional SKUs through hubs, driving forecasting, inventory replenishment, and S&OP processes to align service levels, cost, and working capital. Responsibilities include regional planning leadership, demand forecasting design and execution, hub-level coordination, replenishment policy definition, KPI tracking and corrective actions, master data governance for materials, and participation in network optimization projects. Must manage a team of planners, collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders, and contribute to cost-effective, resilient supply chain design. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 8–10+ years of planning experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and Excel, ERP/SAP experience, and excellent communication; emphasizes governance of material master data and regional alignment across APAC markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 8–10+ years of supply chain planning or hub planning experience in a global MNC environment
- Prior experience with inventory optimization, forecast modeling and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical capabilities with data analysis proficiency
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic mindset with focus on service level improvements and cost-effective planning
