Job Summary

Planning Manager leads the development of integrated media plans across Europe, translating client objectives into full-funnel channel strategies across digital, social, and offline media. You’ll own campaign planning and delivery, including approvals, pacing, and performance tracking using planning tools such as Omni, partner with local market teams to implement global strategies with local nuance, and build strong client relationships. The role includes presenting recommendations, ongoing analysis to improve results, and staying abreast of industry trends. The working pattern is hybrid with three days in the London office and two remote days.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in media planning or communications strategy
  • Experience across integrated campaigns and full-funnel channels
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Experience with planning tools (e.g., Omni)
  • Ability to translate client objectives into channel strategies
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid London pattern (office 3 days/week)
