Planning Intern

Job Summary
The Planning Intern will support day-to-day activities within the assigned function while gaining practical experience in a professional workplace. Focus on learning standard operational processes, safety practices, and quality requirements, and contributing to team efficiency. Develop automated files (Excel/Power BI) for recurring reports and update files for key reports. Support in presentations and data consolidation for the team. Assist with inventory and materials analysis and develop an inventory tracking report for planning. Create and improve analytical processes for planning and continuous improvement within the area. Document operational processes and contribute to metric dashboards and reporting improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field.
- Excel skills basic to intermediate level (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
- Basic knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Data analysis and attention to detail.
