Job Summary
Monitor maintenance, conservation, and availability of assets, facilities, and building infrastructure by planning and monitoring preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while conducting inspections. Control asset registration, inventory, and documentation to ensure register updates, and monitor critical system performance including electrical, HVAC, generators, UPS, CFTV, internet, and fire suppression systems. Act as the focal point for Facilities demands, tracking contracts and outsourced services to guarantee quality, safety, and service level compliance. Support vendor contracting processes, scope definition, proposal analysis, and execution supervision. Manage schedules, backlogs, KPIs, action plans, budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), and generate management reports. Oversee internal transport services and support corporate fleet management. Maintain HSEQ compliance through documentation organization, audit support, and adherence to safety, security, and environmental standards. Participate in transformation initiatives to drive efficiency and lean processes.
Required Qualifications
- Superior degree in progress in Administration, Logistics, Civil Engineering/Production, or related areas
- Advanced knowledge of the Office Suite
- Intermediate level of English
