Job Summary
Planning Expert to define, govern, and sustain world-class planning standards by translating continuous improvement concepts into scalable global practices. Leads governance, digital transformation and AI integration, capability building, and cross-functional collaboration for regional implementation and data integrity across multiple sites. Orchestrates autonomous process framework, leverages ERP/APO/IBP tools, and applies Lean/CI methods to improve planning efficiency and alignment between commercial forecasting and supply execution. Based in the Manchester office (Didsbury) on a hybrid contract with minimum 2 days in office and remote work for the remainder.
Required Qualifications
- Strong planning background in cross-functional supply operations spanning diverse geographies, cultures, and organizational levels
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4) and Advanced Planning/Optimizer systems (e.g., SAP IBP/APO)
- Cross-functional influence in a complex matrix environment
- Integrated Demand-Supply Perspective
- Lean/CI tools experience
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification desirable
