Job Summary
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements. Identify resource requirements for labor, materials, and equipment, then monitor progress by tracking critical path activities and analyzing deviations to implement corrective actions. Identify potential risks and delays, develop mitigation strategies, and prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management and clients. Collaborate with the cost control team, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate cost data with schedules and assess the impact of scope changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong background in construction projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting project deadlines
