Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and track project activities per contract/client requirements; translate scope of work into activities, prepare and update progress reports. Supervise and execute projects to track Progress, Time, Cost, Quality & EHS; perform risk analysis and mitigation; resolve cross-functional issues; coordinate with contractors to ensure interdependencies and objectives are met. Develop look-ahead plans (30/60&90 days), prepare integrated schedules (L2/L3/L4 WBS) in Primavera or MS Project, update baselines, identify critical path, and generate critical path reports. Produce schedule delay analyses and various reports (progress S-curve, cost consumption S-curve, risk and mitigation reports, milestone reporting, etc.). Include resource loading/leveling, catch-up plans, schedule crashing and fast tracking as required; provide reporting for senior management and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with planning and scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera
- Knowledge of PMP certification process
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prepare integrated schedules and update baselines
- Ability to highlight critical path and generate reports such as S curves and delay analyses
