Job Summary
Prepare and review Detailed Project Reports, Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports, and Feasibility Studies for ports and marine infrastructure projects. Develop project implementation plans, schedules, and resource-loaded programs using Primavera P6 or MS Project while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams. Conduct project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking, assisting in techno-commercial evaluations, bid documentation, and tender support activities. Monitor timelines, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions while preparing client deliverables and coordinating with stakeholders for approvals. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 3–8 years of experience and proficiency in project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in planning and consultancy for Ports, Marine, Coastal, Harbors, Terminals, Jetties, Shipyards, Waterfront, or Maritime Infrastructure Projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project monitoring tools
- Strong report writing, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree/specialization in Port & Harbour, Coastal, Marine Engineering, Transportation, Infrastructure Planning, or Construction Management preferred
