Job Summary
Develop, integrate, and maintain Level 1–4 schedules and updates to the Integrated Master Schedule in Primavera P6. Build robust logic, calendars, and coding structures; align interfaces across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning. Establish and control schedule baselines; perform regular updates, progress measurement, and variance/trend analysis. Conduct critical and near‐critical path analysis; run what‐if scenarios; recommend recovery/acceleration strategies. Prepare resource‐loaded schedules; perform resource analysis and leveling; identify bottlenecks and coordinate resolutions with discipline leads. Support schedule risk assessments; document assumptions, quantify potential impacts, and track mitigations. Prepare and support time impact analyses for approved changes and identified delays; contribute to claims documentation as needed. Produce clear dashboards and reporting for project leadership and clients; facilitate schedule reviews and look‐ahead planning. Mentor junior planners and support continuous improvement of tools, templates, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7–10 years of progressive planning/scheduling experience on multi-disciplinary projects
- Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6
- working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
- Strong command of CPM scheduling, baseline control, progress measurement, and variance/trend analysis
- Experience with resource-loaded scheduling and cross-functional coordination
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMI-SP, AACE PSP, PMP (or equivalent)
- Experience with schedule quality and risk tools (e.g., Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis)
- Familiarity with DCMA 14-Point Assessment and AACE Recommended Practices
- Background supporting time impact analyses, delay analysis, and claims in EPC/Design-Build environments
- Power BI/Tableau skills for schedule dashboards
- data modeling/SQL familiarity is a plus
