Job Summary
Ensure implementation of the Maintenance Plant Program (Preventive, Predictive, CILT) according to the master schedule. Prepare reports standardizing maintenance and energy costs versus budget, and deliver weekly top 5 breakdowns per plant. Execute equipment monitoring using the CILT Predictive program to maintain all rotating equipment. Create schedules, implement, and oversee execution of plant shutdown maintenance. Develop master data maintenance for SAP system foundations including function location, maintenance plant, task lists, equipment, and BOM. Establish standard spare parts inventory management by creating norms, standard nomenclature, and developing MSL ERP systems for critical, fast-moving, and slow-moving items. Requires Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related field, 5+ years in FMCG manufacturing, and SAP PM module proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, and other related field
- Understanding the process flow of the maintenance system
- Familiarity with SAP PM module concepts and using SAP systems
- Possessing over 5 years of work experience in FMCG manufacturing
- Proficient in basic knowledge of rotating equipment, mechanical, and instrumentation
