Job Summary
Prepare, review, and report all inventory flows, movements, and balances using the Sigmafine operating software. Calculate and maintain yield and inventory files while generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholders and outside parties. Coordinate system upgrades for BOSS/TIS/OMM, manage tank status in the IM system, and serve as the system administrator. Reconcile terminal inventories, prepare royalty and EIA reports, and track pipeline injections and transfers. Train to provide vacation relief for the Operations Planning Engineer position.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel including VBA and Macros
- SharePoint
- Working knowledge and experience in various analytical techniques involving both operating and accounting data
- Mathematical background
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- One to three years of related refinery experience
- Knowledge of SQL and python or other coding language
- Knowledge of BOSS/TIS/OMM systems
- Familiarity with Oil Movement operations
- Experience with production accounting software
