Job Summary
Optimize production planning and planning arrangements to meet tight delivery requirements for éClose's eco-compatible thermoformed cellulose packaging. Enter purchasing orders in SAP for tooling, raw materials, and accessories, then adjust orders based on supplier priorities and customer deadlines. Manage planning and follow-up activities with tooling subcontractors, monitoring timelines, deliveries, and project milestones to ensure tooling aligns with development schedules. Coordinate closely with the mill, commercial team, and external suppliers to prioritize tasks and support brand customers. This 6-month full-time internship begins July 2026 in Verona, Italy, offering flexible hours and smart working within a growing global company transforming the packaging industry.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Management, Production Planner or equivalent
- Fluency in Italian
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience creating purchase orders on SAP
- Planning and scheduling for eclose products at our mill as well as external subcontractors
- Raise purchase orders for tooling, tooling raw materials and tooling accessories in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Manage planning and follow-up activities with tooling suppliers, monitoring timelines, deliveries, and project milestones
- Coordinate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure tooling is delivered according to development schedules
