Lead and grow STV’s Transportation Planning Practice in Chicago, shaping long-term planning strategy, leading major pursuits, and managing feasibility studies, alternatives analyses, and environmental reviews. Build and mentor a high-performing local planning team, cultivate key client relationships (e.g., IDOT, CTA, Metra, City of Chicago), and drive market growth and program delivery across the region.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in transportation planning
- AICP or PE required
- Strong client relationships and BD experience
- Expertise in planning studies and project delivery
- Experience with public agencies (federal, state, local)
