Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning across AMVAC regions, drive the SIOP process, consolidate global sales data, and develop a global planning framework that integrates sales, inventory, and operations. Oversee regional planners and distribution planners to ensure alignment with global objectives and on-time delivery. Drive adoption of planning systems and tools to streamline global supply chain operations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years in global supply chain/planning, APICS/Six Sigma certifications preferred, and strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in global supply chain or planning roles
- Experience leading SIOP process and global teams
- Strong understanding of global manufacturing, logistics, and distribution
- Experience with planning software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
