Job Summary
Planning & Control Manager responsible for leading planning and control activities across the product lifecycle for Rolls-Royce external supply chain, enabling inventory and logistics costs optimization and delivery performance; accountable for deploying planning & control capabilities within the team, guiding supplier performance reviews, contributing to sourcing strategy, and supporting APQP activities and future program transfers; requires degree-level education and proven management experience in planning & control or supplier management, with strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to operate in an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience in Domestic/Supplier Management environment at management level
- Experience of leading a team
- Demonstrable business acumen related to Planning & Control, manufacturing and/or Supplier Management
- Functional knowledge to support professional development of Planning & Control roles
