Job Summary
Administrative and planning-support role within Sodexo's Planning and Scheduling Team in Balcatta, Western Australia. Responsibilities include managing shared inboxes, raising/updating/closing work orders, maintaining records across systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 CE, Pegasus, Avetta), raising purchase requisitions and supporting invoice processing, following up contractors for reports and updates, monitoring progress and addressing delays, managing contractor registers and tracking spreadsheets, arranging travel and accommodation, and coordinating with planners to ensure smooth planning and work order processes. Requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, ability to follow structured processes, effective written and verbal communication, and a proactive, team-focused approach. Experience with work orders, contractor coordination, Microsoft Excel, and related systems is highly regarded.
