Job Summary
Prepare production forecasts from sales data and plan raw materials and packaging according to the production schedule to achieve planning KPI targets. Manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods, monitor warehouse activities, and ensure sufficient stock for production requirements. Plan and raise purchase orders for raw materials and packaging, liaise with logistics teams regarding imported material delivery schedules, and source new local suppliers or service providers as needed. Support the Regional Procurement team in managing non-product related items and reviewing expired service contracts. Requires minimum three years of management experience, MRP/ERP knowledge, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- University Graduate
- Min 3 Yrs of management or supervisory experience
- Good knowledge of supply chain, especially in order fulfilment, purchasing and inventory management
- Knowledge in MRP / ERP
- Fluency in English
- Good IT skills in MS applications
