Job Summary
Analyze fraudulent and inappropriate transactions to plan countermeasures, while collaborating with business units and development teams on cross-company processes for sharing fraud-related information. Propose ID security measures for all businesses within the Commerce & Marketing Company and manage various KPIs alongside vendor management. Lead medium- to long-term security enhancement projects and coordinate across multiple departments to design operations that balance offense and defense. This role requires experience in large-scale data analysis, project management, and stakeholder negotiation, with an opportunity to drive security strategy from an executive perspective within Rakuten's unique ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in logical hypothesis testing, pattern analysis, and strategy formulation utilizing large-scale data
- Project task/process management skills
- High-level negotiation experience with stakeholders
- Experience in leading projects smoothly by involving multiple departments
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of PM/PMO experience at an operating company
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- Business-level English proficiency
- Work experience related to fraud prevention
- Experience in security-related roles
- Experience in creating presentations/materials for executive-level audiences
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability)
- University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
