Planning and Project Management (Team Lead)

Lead and guide PM&M officers in planning, scheduling, and managing aircraft, engine, and component maintenance requirements for the fleet. Ensure project set-up, ramp-up, execution, and closure within time, cost, and quality constraints while overseeing resource allocation, budget control, and risk management. Forecast maintenance schedules in accordance with the Airbus Helicopters Maintenance Program and adjust workload hangar space with the MRO Manager. Review all work packages for accuracy and proper documentation before issuance of work done reports. Maintain alignment across maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and IT functions, including external suppliers and customers. Contribute to support and sales during the offer phase.
