Job Summary
Track the location of all hydraulic fracturing equipment and coordinate Heavy Haul equipment movement by following maintenance yard flow charts. Maintain constant communication with organizational departments regarding maintenance workload, work orders, and equipment status updates. Verify accurate completion of work orders, proper testing before clearing equipment for field operation, and ensure tracker notes match all open work orders. Create work orders upon equipment arrival, monitor stage counts, update the Pump Fleet Focus, and provide necessary documentation to drivers. Promptly answer phone calls, texts, and emails while maintaining compliance with HSE policies through required training and proper PPE usage. Requires rotating 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly collaborative
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly detail oriented with accurate data entry capabilities
- Can accurately perform duties in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with advanced time management skills
- Proficient working in Microsoft 365 applications, specifically excel
- Must be available to work rotating 12-hour shifts, nights, and weekends
