Job Summary
Planning Analyst will help develop, communicate and implement organizational strategy; facilitate planning processes engaging stakeholders; prepare plans and reports; identify and secure government and foundation grants; use data analyses and stakeholder feedback to recommend system and quality improvements; manage process improvement projects; write and manage procurements for new or improved programs and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a related field
- 2 years of experience in planning, project management, program development, or related field
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills including financial/budgeting acumen
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources to substantiate recommendations
- Ability to manage competing priorities with limited supervision
- Ability to drive collaborative projects with interdisciplinary contributors
- Willingness to learn about unfamiliar topics in health and human services
