Job Summary
Create daily care plans for a home care organization by matching client requests with appropriate staff and managing urgent changes. Coordinate closely with clients, caregivers, and internal teams to ensure efficient personnel utilization while identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions. Maintain calm and structured oversight during unexpected shifts or outages. Requires MBO or HBO level, experience with planning systems like ONS Nedap, and a valid VOG. Salary ranges from €2,735.91 to €3,592.96 based on CAO VVT FWG 35, with 8% vacation allowance and end-of-year bonus.
