Job Summary
Planner responsible for manufacturing planning with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; requires English/Spanish fluency, advanced MS Office/PowerPoint, and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to analyze problems, communicate effectively across the organization, and deliver timely results with a continuous-improvement mindset. Preferred candidates have 3+ years of planning experience in manufacturing and an understanding of production control processes; CPIM/CSCP is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or supply chain or equivalent
- minimum of three (3) years of planning experience in a manufacturing operation
- Fluency in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak)
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced PowerPoint)
- Desirable experience using MRP or Enterprise systems in Planning or Production Control
- APICS CPIM or CSCP desired but not required
