Job Summary

Planner responsible for scheduling and coordinating engineering activities to meet SLAs, focusing on forward planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful delivery of both planned preventative maintenance and reactive works. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling jobs to timelines, ensuring site access and engineer skill sets are in place, identifying and escalating risks, collaborating with the Operations Manager and Demand Lead, delivering all PPM activities within monthly timeframes, maintaining data quality in systems such as Maximo and Oracle, managing purchase orders, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring optimal engineer utilization with scheduling tools. Requires strong organisational and communication skills, customer-focused delivery, and knowledge of CAFM/CRM/Microsoft Excel tools; educated to A-Level standard or equivalent is desirable.

Required Qualifications

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent (desirable)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with CAFM systems
  • Previous experience in a planning or scheduling role using internal systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of hard services or facilities management (desirable)
