Job Summary
Optimize merchandise flow through multi-echelon supply chains by balancing cost, capacity, and service levels. Leverage supply chain models to evaluate distribution versus customer direct paths, freight incoterms, and buying multiples. Identify opportunities to improve total landed cost, inventory flow, carrying costs, and risk mitigation while implementing continuous improvements across the end-to-end value chain. Model forward distribution capacities and collaborate with vendor partners on combined efficiencies and performance management. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management through line reviews and assortment planning, working cross-functionally with merchandising, pricing, and logistics teams. Requires 2-3 years of supply chain experience and proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, and Tableau.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in supply chain or merchandising
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or finance is preferred
- Proficiency with supply chain related models and software
- Advanced ability Microsoft excel, snowflake, and tableau skills
- Strong communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working in a high collaborative and cross-functional environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data recommend actionable solutions, and data story telling
- Effective time and priority management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Display a detail-oriented approach to work
