Job Summary
The Planner coordinates manufacturing schedules to balance demand, inventory, and capacity, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining production schedules from forecasts and orders, coordinating with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to secure materials, monitoring progress and adjusting plans to resolve bottlenecks, analyzing data for process improvement and cost reduction, maintaining accurate production and inventory records, collaborating with quality assurance to meet specifications, and communicating schedule changes to stakeholders. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and ability to prepare efficiency and delivery reports are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of experience
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or wire and cable
