Job Summary
Execute Planner to Schedule exceptions within 2 to 5 days and set Ship dates by evaluating production slots against current backlog, line capacity, and working calendar constraints. Review CTB new orders, FOBD quarters, and priority changes while coordinating with departments to improve performance and implement improvements for Lead Time. Validate Accessories lines before orders, manage international stock one week prior to promised dates, and participate in inventory reduction plans and NPI file follow-ups. Plan and develop enhancements for order scheduling performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of planning
- Preferably Senior-level or Master Scheduler
- 3 years of supervising experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or Supply Chain field
- English 95%
- Proficiency in use of MS Office Software
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- ORACLE EBS
- JAVA
- SAP
- AS400
- Experience using MRP
- Experience using MRP II
- Experience using ERP
- Experience using JIT
- Experience using Kanban
- Experience using production level loading
- Experience using capacity resource planning
- Experience using Production Control
- Knowledge of the SIOP process
- or the interaction and development of the process
- APICS CPIM
- CSCP
