Job Summary
Construction Planner/Scheduler to support planning efforts by ensuring activities are planned according to the planning strategy and structure and updating and maintaining the construction schedule. Responsible for all activities associated with the preparation and periodic progress reporting of Level 1 and Level 2 schedules, supporting project teams with planning responsibilities, participating in progress meetings, identifying milestone interfaces, maintaining schedule data, and adhering to NEC contract processes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience; proficiency in Primavera P6 and risk analysis; strong communication skills; SOX control responsibilities may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience
- Experience in development, preparation, review, baselining of project schedules, with experience in critical path analysis
- Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6
- Strong communication skills
