Job Summary
Lead day-to-day scheduling and operations for Logistics teams, coordinating marine and terminal logistics for base oil movement. Manage nominations for marine orders to/from third-party and internal customers, produce shipping schedules, and monitor inventory positions. Analyze data to generate Sales-force reports, optimize schedules, and champion incident-free operations through continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor marine and terminal operations to ensure efficient flow while collaborating on operational costs and best practices. Requires on-call availability for evening, weekend, and holiday scheduling requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Supply Chain or related experience
- On-call availability for evening, weekend, and holiday scheduling requirements
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on Operational Excellence and delivering results
- Demonstrated organizing and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data to draw valid conclusions, identify root causes and solve problems
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, ability to communicate at various levels within the organization
- Demonstrated influencing skills, the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with a diverse team
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly and eagerly
- Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood
Desired Qualifications
- A background in SAP would be a plus
- 2+ years of experience in the energy, manufacturing, transportation, supply chain and/or finance
- Scheduling experience in fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Sales force or similar data driven systems and analytics
