Job Summary
Lead project teams in interactive planning sessions to develop work-flow plans, schedules, and detailed labor plans. Integrate planning information into the schedule verifying alignment with client expectations. Prepare and maintain craft loading plans, physical percent complete, craft productivity, and key commodity curves. Maintain expert knowledge of Primavera P6 (V 15.1 or later) to handle activity coding, resource loading, and data management. Analyze resource loading and craft productivity for possible impact to the project schedule. Perform routine site walks as part of the progress updating and monitoring process. Manage the planning and scheduling interfaces between the client and supporting engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and owner plans. Provide expert support for proposal development. Work on-site in the Evansville, IN area with no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience doing Primavera 6 scheduling
- Professional experience with multi-site employers and remote workforce management
- High school diploma
- Work on-site
- No sponsorships or visa holders
- No Corp-to-Corp
Desired Qualifications

- Previous work experience in the construction industry
- Industry experience scheduling in: Semiconductor, Pharma, Oil & gas, or other mechanical process industries
