Job Summary

Develop detailed shutdown and maintenance work packs while creating and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or SAP. Coordinate labour, materials, tooling, and equipment requirements across mining, mineral processing, port, and industrial operations in the Gladstone region. Monitor schedule performance, identify critical path activities, and produce progress reports, forecasts, and resource plans. Support budgeting, estimating, and maintenance planning activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery. Drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes within EnerMech's global business lines.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within mining, heavy industry, resources, energy, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience supporting shutdowns, turnarounds, or fixed plant maintenance projects
  • Strong understanding of maintenance work management systems
  • Experience using Primavera P6, SAP, MS Project, or similar planning software
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence

Desired Qualifications

  • Trade qualification, engineering background, or relevant tertiary qualification
  • SAP PM experience
  • Fixed plant maintenance experience
  • Rio Tinto, BMA, Anglo American, Glencore, or other major site experience
  • Working knowledge of risk management and maintenance strategies
  • Queensland mining or heavy industrial site experience
