Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules to support planning, execution, and timely delivery. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedule activities, milestones, and dependencies. Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, identify risks and critical path issues, and support recovery planning. Review project scope and execution plans to ensure schedule accuracy, while maintaining strong governance through reporting and change tracking. Requires 5+ years of experience in planning within construction or engineering, proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, or project coordination within construction, engineering, or infrastructure environments
- Proven experience developing and managing project schedules across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, schedule logic, critical path analysis, and progress measurement
- Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other relevant project controls systems
- Ability to analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and communicate recovery actions clearly to project teams
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients
- High attention to detail, strong organizational capability, and confidence working in fast-paced project environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
