Job Summary
Planner-Scheduler role providing planning and scheduling support for DoD contracts across Fortune 500 clients. Responsibilities include leading architecture of the Program Planning & Control framework (WBS and Integrated Master Schedule), developing Resource Loaded IMS and baselines, supporting Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration, maintaining IMS and forecasts, conducting DCMA 14 Point Analysis and other schedule-health checks, performing Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis, and generating IPMR Format 6 reports. Requires hands-on experience with Program Planning/Scheduling in MS Project or Open Plan, DoD contracting experience, and US Citizenship with preferred security clearance. Travel up to 50% across the U.S. Eligible candidates will undergo a skills assessment. Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship required
- Active security clearance preferred
- Experience with Program Planning/Scheduling in MS Project or Open Plan
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) in all acquisition phases including proposal, development, production and sustainment contracts
- Knowledge of DCMA 14 Point Analysis
- Ability to lead architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/Integrated Master Schedule)
- Ability to develop Resource Loaded IMS (and baseline IMS)
- Experience with cost/schedule integration and IPMR reporting
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Pass skills assessment to be eligible for employment
