Job Summary
Hybrid Planner/Scheduler role based in Brighouse office (3 days per week) coordinating planning with the Planning Team Leader and wider team of Planners to schedule work for Field Operatives. Responsibilities include planning a full schedule of works aligned with targets, tracking non-completions, arranging top-up work, collaborating with Stores/Supervisors, handling customer enquiries and SLA-driven communications with customers and Yorkshire Water, building effective relationships with Field Operations, and undertaking ad-hoc projects. Requires good interpersonal and communication skills, client/customer focus, and strong IT skills (MS Word/Excel) with solid administrative and scheduling knowledge.
