PLANNER

Manufacturing planner responsible for creating a European hub master schedule by analyzing demand, RCCP, and production requirements to optimize factory efficiency. Plans and prepares production calendars across processes, sequences operations, accelerates schedules when needed, and leads daily factory meetings to adjust plans. Implements and maintains inventory strategies (reorder points, safety stock, ABC categorization), conducts root-cause analyses for supply or schedule variances, maintains master data in planning systems, and coordinates cross-department efforts to ensure timely delivery of current and new products, including regulatory-driven changes, across the site.
