Job Summary
Manage and optimize rosters for large accounts like Renewi and Bidfood by creating, overseeing, and improving schedules daily. Proactively cover staff absences from 06:00 hours and maintain personnel readiness across various locations. Coordinate intensively with clients situated at multiple sites in the Netherlands and external suppliers. Drive the more efficient and digital transformation of planning processes while balancing stakeholder management with operational execution. Work 40 hours weekly with flexibility for early shifts, utilizing hybrid arrangements and bi-weekly on-site meetings in Rijswijk or Utrecht.
