Job Summary
Maintain planning parameters in the ERP database and process sales, transfer, and unplanned parts requests accurately. Coordinate product build schedules for Manufacturing Operations, communicate material shortages to Production and Supply Chain, and partner with engineering to manage deviations in standard material requirements. Execute transactions to support unplanned requests and introduce process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and reduce operating costs. Assist the production and warehouse team in investigating inventory issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, etc.
- Experience and proficiency with ERP systems
- Microsoft Office product experience and proficiency – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
- Data entry skills with the ability to understand and maintain database parameters
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team atmosphere
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
