Job Summary
Conduct detailed planning of work orders from creation to completion, developing Job Plan Packets that identify tasks, estimate time, and define manpower and equipment requirements. Initiate the procurement process for materials and services via SAP requisitions, ensuring all major equipment and material orders are complete prior to scheduled start dates. Read and interpret equipment, design, and vendor drawings while managing work and safety permits. Consistently produce quality planned work orders placed in a ready-to-schedule status, supporting site planning with transactional and historical tracking. Perform duties on a 14x14 crew rotation out of Lake Charles, LA, with US work authorization required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Planning role with experience working on planning tool software
- Must have working experience with SAP software
- 5+ years in Mechanical or I&E related work experience
- Willingness to work a 14/14 rotational schedule
- High School diploma/GED
Desired Qualifications
- Operations/Maintenance Technician plus ≥8 years of Planning experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with 6+ years of Planning experience
- Experience on planning tool SAP S4 Hana preferred
