Job Summary
Coordinate workstreams from receipt to completion, scheduling work orders per SLA while optimizing travel routes. Ensure operational teams execute tasks per push plans and dates, maintaining compliance with NRSWA and minimizing financial impact. Identify noticing issues, apply early interventions, and manage information from inspections to resolve challenges regarding Section 74 invoices and FPNs. Maintain accurate data entry into works management systems and escalate issues as required. Deliver daily and weekly reports to meet service levels, provide innovative solutions to problems, and report safety incidents per company procedures. Ideally, candidates will have prior Utilities planning experience.

- Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under tight time pressures
