Planner

Oversee raw material orders through the contract manufacturing drop ship process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to support production needs. Adhere to standard work by completing daily checks, maintaining organized shared trackers and inboxes, and monitoring key master data in the planning ERP system. Act as a liaison between contract manufacturers and internal/external stakeholders to resolve supply gaps, stock-out risks, and technical challenges. Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, and central planning to implement best practices, drive continuous improvement, and escalate supply issues to ensure measurable business impact against organizational KPIs. Submit weekly progress reports on new SKU setups and support needs.
