Planner - MEP/Construction

Plan and manage the contract baseline programme for allocated high-value MEP/construction projects in Glasgow, using best-practice technique including Critical Path Analysis, resource planning, cost management and progress/productivity monitoring. Facilitate integrated planning meetings with stakeholders, support bid activities, coordinate with project personnel and external customers to produce/agree the contract baseline programme, maintain updates for contract changes, and generate clear progress and contract-review reports. Perform time/risk analysis at regular intervals with the planning manager/senior planner and project manager to identify corrective actions and support operational targets. Ensure health and safety leadership is demonstrated across planning activities and that all planning outputs comply with contractual obligations and external legislation.
