Job Summary
Master Scheduler role responsible for creating and maintaining a level-loaded Master Production Schedule for all parts, including lower levels, to support customer line-of-balance delivery. Drive a doable plan aligned with firm requirements, coordinate with Production Control, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure schedules are achievable, and chair weekly/monthly production-rate meetings. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7+ years’ complex manufacturing Planning/Scheduling experience with BOMs; strong MRP/ERP experience and highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented skillset. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits within Magellan Aerospace’s Haverhill operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field or 7+ years’ experience in a Complex manufacturing environment with multi-level BOMs.
- Or 7+ years’ experience in a Complex manufacturing environment with multi-level BOMs and 5+ of those years in a Planning/Scheduling role using MRP/ERP.
- Extensive experience with MRP/ERP.
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Extremely well organized
