Job Summary
Monitor the dock maintenance schedule and flow to prepare maintenance packages for upcoming aircraft arrivals. Process paperwork, contact planning departments, and ensure all aircraft documentation is returned and processed before departure. Assist with departmental tasks including writing, auditing files, scanning, and maintaining employee training folders. Compile data to support management policy and procedure considerations. This role reports to the Production Control Department Crew Chief. Candidates must work weekends, rotating shifts, and holidays, and possess the legal right to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work weekends, rotating shifts and holidays
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new software applications and apply knowledge
- Must be able to prioritize and work independently, sometimes under pressure to meet competing deadlines
- They should possess initiative and critical thinking skills while working with minimal supervision
- Candidates must fulfill a fingerprint based criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Candidates must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, in addition to clearing other airport related requirements, if applicable
- Federal law requires Envoy to determine a candidate's history with the DOT drug and/or alcohol violation(s) or refusal(s) to test before hiring him/her into a safety-sensitive position
